Founded in 1984 by Jean Fribourg, Corfri is a family-owned holding company with a presence in the financial and real estate sectors. Through Corporación Frigorífica S.A. (CORFRI), we have built a history of consistent profitability over more than four decades.

Jean Fribourg
Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CORFRI Group
Jean Fribourg is an entrepreneur and investor with over forty years of international experience in the financial, industrial and real estate sectors. Educated at HEC Paris, he began his career working with the World Bank on industrial projects in Africa and subsequently held management positions in international groups such as SONEPAR, AVNET, ORSAY and VICTAULIC.
In 1984, he founded Corporación Frigorífica S.A. (CORFRI), which under his leadership has established itself as a solid and diversified group. His management style is notable for its strategic vision, financial prudence and an approach based on reinvestment, dialogue and sustainability.
Recently, in 2024, he founded the CFE Reflection Circle, a Franco-Spanish think tank.
Sustainable success can only be achieved with discipline, ethics and a long-term vision.
