REAL ESTATE
Responsible investment since 1984
Since 1984, CORFRI INMOBILIARIA has been investing in selected office, logistics and residential assets in Spain and Germany, always under a philosophy of responsible management and without leverage.
Our objective is clear: to generate stable income and increase the value of assets in the long term. We currently manage 17 assets in the main European markets, with a sustainable approach and active management aimed at increasing income and resale value.
Where we invest
Current investments
- Spain: Properties in prime areas of Madrid (four commercial premises, six offices and four industrial warehouses, as well as more than ten indoor paddle tennis courts in a sports complex) and one industrial warehouse in the Canary Islands.
- Germany: 2 residential blocks, 1 in Berlin and 1 in Chemnitz, in areas of demographic expansion.
Our strategy
- Acquisitions without bank debt, ensuring independence and solidity.
- Renovations and active management to maximise asset performance and quality.
- Efficient portfolio management, with strategic long-term sales that generate capital gains shared with our co-investors.
Exclusive co-investment
- We believe in the complete alignment of interests with our partners.
- We invest more than 30% of our own capital in each transaction.
- Returns achieved in previous transactions range between 15% and 22% per annum.
- We only collaborate with partners who share our vision of responsible, long-term investment.
